I have now de-registered your account. You should be able to register your new phone now.

Hi there,I got new iphone 5 a few weeks ago but cannot connect to bitbuzz, as my existing iphone  is registered. Can someone please deregister my old device so I can set up again? Thanks in advance! M

+1 - I've a new iPhone 5 and kept my old number. I'm now unable log into bitbuzz and get the same "this phone is already registered" message. Can you please help?
