I got this phone on an upgrade about three months ago and this morning it ran out of juice.
Now it won't take a charge.
I've tried the original cable in the wall outlet and in a PC,but it fails to charge at all.
I've also tried a few other cables and they won't work either.
Is this still under warranty as I don't have insurance on it.

Hi ronanmag 👋 iPhone's would come with one year's warranty so your be covered here. You'll need to take your phone into one of our stores to have your phone assessed and if needed set away for repair. You can ask for a loan phone in store while yours is being repaired, but these loan phones are dependent on availability, Martin.

They confirmed that it would not switch on or recognise a charger cable - it's completey out of juice.#
They then said I need to turn off the "Find my iPhone" feature from my own PC first,then drop it back in to them.
