Our broadband has not been working all day. Making it impossible to work from home. Neighbours broadband is not affected. Can you resolve this issue urgently

Hi, I spoke to customer service today & they resolved it. It was a mast issue plus our modem wouldn't pick up coverage afterwards even when the mast issue was resolved. But they sorted it, thanks
