Hi there, I top up today 07/04/24 20€ for my plan, but accidentally when I wanted to top up for a friend I did it again for me, then I did it for him but I wanted to ask if I get a chance to get the money back, because I received already two messages from three with the “thank you for your top up” but my balance is 0€, Thank you!
