I wish to cancel my upgrade contract. I am within the cooling off period. Please provide details of cancellation procedure. I have issued e-mail to notify of same.

Hi I have returned the phone, I just want to know will i be issued a new bill or what plan I am on now. It still seems to be charging me for the new phone.
