How to Replace/Activate your SIM Card
If your SIM is lost, damaged, or if you have upgraded and need a new SIM to fit your new device. You can order a SIM card replacement, here.
There are two ways that you can request a new SIM card:
- By visiting your local Three store. Click here to find your nearest store.
- Online, by clicking here.
- From here, enter your number.
- On the next screen, you will be asked if you require a SIM replacement. Click "Yes".
- Fill in your name, number, email address and delivery address.
- Click "Submit". Your new SIM card will be sent out to you within 5 working days.
You can avail of up to two free replacement SIM cards in a year. After that, each new SIM costs €15.24, ex. VAT.
