Resetting my Wi-Fi Modem
The reset button will be at the back of the modem, on the bottom right.
While the modem is powered on, press and hold the reset button with a pin until the lights flash off on the front of the modem, then release.
Tip: Please consult with Three before doing a reset as you will undo all settings on the modem and reset it to factory settings. If you have a static IP assigned to your modem or have customised your passwords, port forwarding etc., will need updating.
