Hi Deborah,

Thanks for the response. I really confused and dont know what exactly is the problem. The IMEI number is 358683090457822. 

I am happy to get it repaired. But, I am not sure if the network problme has something to do with the contracts between three and previous seller.

I really feel I am my own now and nowhere to seek help. I bought this phone from adverts. See, the following communciation from adverts for your reference.
