What are the new Three Loyalty Plans?
We are launching three new plans. These plans are only available to upgrading customers and will offer customers a fixed annual price increase of €2 instead of a variable yearly increase, which is dependent on the annual inflation increase + an additional 3%.
Who is eligible to join these plans?
Any of our customers on a handset plan who are currently available to upgrade.
When I upgrade, do I have to change my plan?
Yes, if you're planning to upgrade, you'll need to choose one of the new Three Loyalty plans.
Keep in mind that these plans are highly competitive and offer greater value, including a fixed annual price increase of just €2, unlike previous plans that had variable yearly increases. This means more predictability and better long-term savings.

Can I remain on my current plan?
You can remain on your current plan, but this will mean that upgrading is unavailable and you’ll be continuing with a variable yearly price increase.
