Can't send message with sim1 : error 38

Very frustrated, since I upgraded my phone to the Oppo Find X5 and changed my plan, I can't send texts to premium numbers, I cant text Three's own 51020 number etc without getting the error: "Can't send message with sim1 : error 38"

Has anyone found a solution to this?

I would try the sim in another slot if your phone has one

Or else get another sim card from 3 and that should resolve your issue

Tried the second SIM slot, it throws the exact same error. The sim had no issue until I put it in this new phone, gotten from 3. I changed my package to a better one, and for some reason, upgrading my package with Three removed my ability to test any premium lines including Three mobiles own ones.

In the PM will you also let me know when was the last time you tried to send one of these texts and what was the number you were trying to send the text to?

Ah I think the issue was the SMSC center incorrect
Messaging app > Settings > SMSC Settings > SMSC number > "+3538XXXX"
When you upgraded your account the correct SMSC was pushed onto your phone

My SMSC number shows : "+353830000800",145

I have no idea what that means.
