Cannot send a text, I am getting a error code 0

I am no longer able to send a test message to a number I was able to send to up until last Wednesday.

Is it affecting all texts or just texts being sent to a specific number? Is the number a standard mobile or landline or is it a 5 digit number?

could you install another messaging app to try and send the message again?
