I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. I've been unable to receive calls and making calls is haphazard at best, sometimes it works but takes ages to connect or other times not at all. I've recently returned from Spain (had phone on airplane mode during flight) so I've tried turning that on and off and also the device itself. I've run a scan of the device and the analytics are OK. It seems my phone won't connect to 3 Ireland network now although the Internet etc is working fine on the device, any ideas as to what I can do to get up and running with incoming and outgoing calls???
Hi @Ronan71 and welcome to 3Community. I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties connecting to the service. Can you tell me do you have coverage indicators at the top of your screen? Is your phone automatically selecting a network or are you manually trying to select Three through your phone settings?
When you're trying to make a call do you get any errors, and is it everywhere or a specific area?
Sounds like an physical issue with the phone, probably the mobile network antennas.
I would send it off to be repaired
@billbond4 you could be right. @Ronan71 let me know if you need any help with this.
