Unable to receive verification code texts

Hi,

 

I'm new to three as of today and ported over from Vodafone.

 

I'm unable to set up numerous apps / accounts as I am not receiving the verification texts.

 

This seems to be a common problem from reading the community posts. 

 

Would somebody mind fixing this for me?

I'd be happy to investigate this for you if you're still experiencing difficulties.  😊 To do that I'll need to have a look at your account so please pop us a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth. I'll also need to know which apps you're not receiving verification codes from and if you've requested codes from them within the last 24 hours. If it's been over 24 hours please request another code as this will help with the investigation.
