5G Supported Phones by Three

Hey guys,
I got my Note 10 plus 5g recently. But the phone can not connect 5G. I have 5G plan(I bought 5G addon), 5G coverage and 5G phone. I changed my SIM card and still have the same issue. After searching for this, I saw this note on the Samsung website(https://shop.samsung.com/ie/galaxy-note/292-note-10-5g.html😞

Important information:

The Note 10 5G will only work on 5G with a 5G sim on a 5G enabled network.
At present in Ireland, only Vodafone and Eir can provide 5G.
Once other networks launch 5G an update will be pushed to this device to support it.

I contacted Samsung support about that and they didn't give me information about the update.
Three already lunched 5G so, the reason is that poor communication between Three and Samsung? 

Which phone models support 5G officially by Three? Do we have any list like that?

Phones may need a software update to support 5G

Yes, three should let Samsung know which bands they are using for 5G. Then Samsung will send a firmware update to the phone. Looks like nothing to do apart from waiting for them.
