This evening I sent a MMS picture Message to a group of people at 22.12 on the 15/10/2015 from my mobile number. For some unknown reason when the message was received by the recipients it stated that it was from a different mobile number. I subsequently called this number and it was a woman in Cork who was wondering why she was receiving texts from the people I had texted. This message contained personal information, there now has been a breach of privacy. Can you please (1) clarify how this has occurred ? and (2) confirm that it will not occur again.
I intend making a complaint to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner if this matter is not resolved promptly.
