Hi

When I check my upgrade eligibility on the business part of the site I get the upgrade information but I am unable to use it to make a purchase online. It used to be that you would get your upgrade and a list of phones to choose from but that is not the case now. Can you please look into it.

Hi,

The page just shows our Iban number number account name and silver upgrade available. Can only see phones on other pages.

Yes but can't use the upgrade. I have to either select a new plan or port from a previous network.

In the meantime if you want to call Totterdells. They'll advise on prices of phones with your upgrade and get one posted out to you if you want it. You can call them on 01-2041610.
