Can I give my 3 upgrade to Vodaphone customer

I have just been offered an upgrade to an iphone 6 plus and want to give it to my daughter as a Christmas present but she's under contract with Vodaphone. Can she use the phone if it is from 3? I believe it will need to be unlocked. Is that something that's easy to do or how does she go about that? Thanks

Hi, for a handset to be used with another network sim it has to be unlocked. Can you pop me a PM with your number? Has the phone been ordered for you?
