Hi I tried connecting manually and re-starting no joy. SIM was installed this pm in retail shop. SIM need to be re-set or replaced?
Same started for me at around 12:00 today, no issues up to now.
Hi shivster, are you seeing no service? I can see a sim replacement being completed. If you want to send a PM to ThreeContactMod with the digits on the back of the card I can check this.

I went through a few things with the livechat helpdesk this morning, so it looks like a possible Sim issue.
At work at the moment so will try my sim in another phone tonight and possibly make it into a 3 store?
