Hi,
Yesterday at 09:44am I was guaranteed by a three staff member that I would receive a call back from a supervisor within 24 hours & they guaranteed that 24 hours (specifically - listen back to the call), it's now over 24 hours & no call back!!!!!!
Three are a disgrace when it comes to phone service and their customer service is equally as bad!
