Mms not sending

Hi there,

My phone has just stopped being able to send mms messages.
It says 'service not supported on network'. Can you help me fix this?

Hi Michelle, was it working ok previously? Did you get a software update recently on the handset?

Yep it was working fine up until yesterday evening. I don't think anything was updated other than some of the apps.

Thanks, any problems with the internet on the phone without wifi? Any errors?

Hi, would it be possible to test the sim in another handset? Just to see if the issue still happens.
