Need new micro sim activated

Contacted Three through live chat and odered a micro sim to replace my old full size sim card to fit a newer phone. when it arrived i tried to activate it and they said they could'nt because the sim card was too old. thay are going to send out another sim card but it might take a few weeks. Could i get one via you or do you have any other options.

Would you be able to pop into your local Three Store to get a sim replacement?

No not for i while as i am in the UK at the moment. If i pop back to Ireland i will call into a Thrre store but i might actually receive the sim card before i get a chance to get back to Ireland.
