Just hope that all yer jobs will be safe with the transition to Three, it would be a shame to loose great customer service people that support o2 on here, twitter,boards and facebook
@billbond4 100% agree with you there. All staff on here and even in the call center's are absolutly fabulous.

Your contract is still in place as are all contract's. Its business as usual at O2 HQ.
As a customer of O2 who has switched operators a few times...I can catagorically say. The first problem I have with the new ''3'' will be my last. O2 have over the years proven to provide a service far exceeding all others...not the cheapest but definitely the best. TO O2 staff...if 3 go to a ''foreign'' callcentre...this is one customer who won't even bother call in a complaint...just move on. 3 have a lot to live up to...and I reckon it will be a big test. Gonna miss O2
