Can someone advise me why my phone suddenly stopped downloading MMS. Just getting a blue box saying Message Not Downloaded. Thanks.

Yes it was working perfectly until I installed the latest sony upgrade
Since you did the update are you having problems with data outside of wifi?
No, the only problem I'm having is that I cannot open MMS messages.
