Help! Please!
Have a 02 prepay dongle which with 02 I could top-up/add pass online but now with THREE I can not connect to top-up/add pass...... I can connect if I have internet access with another provider and then use the 02 dongle.... but that's a bit pointless..... Is this a problem with THREE broadband dongle or just with 02 dongles???..... How/When will it be fixed? I have not being able to top up since May or before using just the dongle.
Is anybody else having the same issue with Three dongle or 02 dongle??
