Hi. i requested my unlock code for iphone on friday and it's been 5 days since that. do i have to wait longer or maybe there's been a problem?

Have you tried connecting your iPhone to iTunes and doing a back up and restore, Or inserting a non accepted o2 sim in to it and syncing it with iTunes to see if it is unlocked.

Can you please remove your IMEI from the forum. If an agent needs it, they will ask you for it. This is only for your own security.

Thanks for removing the IMEI, You can always check with the web chat team to see if it is still in progress, Did you receive a confirmation email to say o2 have the unlock request on file?
