MY DAUGHTER HAS A RECONDITIONED UNBLOCKED IPHONE 5 SHE IS ON 3 NETWORK YET SHE CANT SENT TEXTS OR MAKE CALLS UNLESS SHE IS CONNECTED TO WIFI OR 3G HELP PLEASE SH HAS CHECKED HER SETTINGS ALL SEEMS OK
