Hi, I was trying to find out how long my broadband contract is, or even if I am in contract anymore. So I added my broadband number to my services. I got a text to that number giving me a code to enter. But at no point have I been asked to enter the code. Tried logging back in with broadband number and that code - didn't work. My broadband is not showing up in my bill info page or anything and I can't delete it from my services now. Have I even done this right in the first place? Maybe the number on my broadband login page isn't the right one to use? Is there any way I can get info on my broadband account e.g. contract status? Also how do I delete the broadband account from My Services, as I don't see the point if it isn't doing anything for me.
