hi when i send a webtext to australlia it comes up as not delivered even when it is.

this is only happening recently, i am using the same browser.

when i send webtexts  local or to the uk they come up as delivered.

any help please ?

yes same problem.

however i was away & now i found a pm from the technical team looking for more info.

i will give it to them & see what happens.

hi just to update you on what is happening. the problem is not sorted yet.

i think the technical team are a bit confused.

the webtexts are getting through to the recipitent.

the 02/3 website tells me they are "not delivered" even when they are.

i was onto vodafone the receptients supplier who told me they do not block any webtexts.

i have passed this onto the technical team.
