The 5G broadband was just installed yesterday.. then at 21:00hrs approx it stops working despite reseting and turning off. No customer support at available for sunday. I have no one to ask to troubleshoot this. So frustrating..

Hi 

Since we switched to this new ZTE connection, the internet regularly goes off. We have to re-set and re-set constantly. Makes working from home difficult. Can you come back and fix it please?
