I’m on the 3 GOV Staff Plan and I had all you can eat data. However my last bill was €121 and my current bill is €71. This is totally up from the average of around €30. I notice my data allowance is now restricted to 13 GB per month. When did this change? Why did this change? Also I was not informed about this and again why? I now have to keep my mobile data off all the time.
Thats a strange one @tomhen. Normally, if all you can eat data is not included in your plan, it is only removed if you've upgraded or if it was part of a promotion which has ended. I'd be happy to take a look, I'll just need you to pop me a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth.

I am also on a 3Gov staff plan & am having huge issues with my coverage for the last 2 months. Has something changed or can I do something about this??
Sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your coverage @Anne_94382. I'd be happy to look into this for you. I'll just need a little more information first. Please let me know what exactly is happening, are you experiencing slow speeds or a reduction in coverage? Are you experiencing difficulties everywhere you go, or is it only one specific area? Are all your services affected?
