That's strange but I'd be happy to look into it for you. I just need a little more info, like, did you receive the notification by text or email and when did you receive it? Did the notification contain a mobile number or account number?
Sorry for such a slow reply. I received a text and an email on 03/08/23 and yes, there was an account number. It says the payment of €35.79 is due on 21/08/24. Thank you for investigating this for me. Dawn.
