I made a payment to three of 77.09 on the 27th of April, it has long left my bank account and it's no longer pending. However on the mythree site that payment has never registered. I have since paid the 38.55 for the next months bill but I still have the 77.10 balance and have been receiving texts about reaching my credit limit.
Please can someone from three contact as I would like this resolved asap and am getting a bit frustrated at how difficult interfacing and contacting three has been the past few months.
