Bill pay for a returned product

Dear Sir/Madam,

Last week I returned a phone and a SIM in the 14 days cooling off period, after online purchasing. Today I checked my online account and I saw that I am charged with 30 Eur for the first bill. 

The phone and the SIM were returned unopened last Thursday, 2 days after I have received them.

Why am I charged 30 Eur for a service I am not using?

@andreipop The bill automatically generates once an account is opened. As you returned the phone under the 14 day cooling off period, you wont be charged for the bill.
