I'm trying to understand the plan I was told over the phone, seems what I was told is incorrect. I didn't want to renew my old plan and this was cancelled on 18th May. The operator told me that a new Sim only plan would be 15 Euros a month, the last operator I phoned says this is incorrect and should be 20 but when I logged in online its 24. Confused! Is it possible to confirm what the monthly cost is? If its 24 please cancel this confusing new plan.
