I have just finished my bill pay plan and looking to change to the monthly 34.99 Euro plan. Do I need to get a new sim or can I just switch? @customerervice
Hi there @Seanfly87 you can change your price plan without changing your sim card. To change your plan, you can contact customer care or do it through your My3 account. Just log in scroll down to My Plan and click Change Plan. Then you'll see all the plan options available to you.
