I upgraded my phone last week and finally got round to activating my new SIM yesterday (1st May). This morning (2nd May) I received a text to say "your account has reached your credit limit of 250 so we've temporarily stopped services on your account until your next billing date.". What does this mean? I've reached a credit limit of 250euro? I don't see how this is possible through data usage - perhaps it has included the cost of my new phone as this falls in the current billing period? In which case I do not need to take any action as it will be paid by direct debit later in the month?
