Delivery issues

Hey, I was told that I would receive my new order within 2 working days. I got the dispatch email twice 3 working days ago. When I check the tracking number the delivery doesn’t exists with AnPost. Has anyone had the same issue and if so do you know if you can cancel a contract within a week of signing?

No I haven’t, I just saw it was updated. The whole process has been awful. I should have pulled out of my contract. Over promising and under delivering isn’t something you should do with your customers.

It is misleading.
