Early Upgrade

Hi I'm due an upgrade in December, I'm just wondering if it's possible to upgrade early and how do I go about doing it? Also is there a bigger cost to upgrade early. Thanks

@Mick92 Hi there 👋 At Three we allow our customers to upgrade 3 months before the end of their contract. Is your contract up in December or is your upgrade due in December? If the contract is up in December then you can upgrade now, if the upgrade is due in December you'll need to hold out for another few weeks 😃

Thanks for the reply. Over the weekend I spoke to one of your live chat agents by the name of Atul. He has said to be that an upgrade could be pushed forward to the 27th of November?
