I have logged into My3 account, clicked various devices in the shop and clicked the button that says check upgrade. However an error page keeps coming up.
I know I am due an upgrade but wanted to browse phones and prices online.
@Ciara_00490 Can you pop through to our social team who will be more than happy to run through upgrade options and prices with you. Can you also send a screenshot of the error you get on your My3 account when you select check upgrade.
Hi Aaron, just sent on the error screenshot there. I'd prefer to browse through the upgrade options myself in my own time rather than chat with socials team if that's ok. I'd be delighted if you could sort the error for me.
Thanks for the screenshot Ciara, are you clicking upgrade through your My3 account to go into view the devices? Or are you viewing them on the shop on the website
