I upgraded my phone to a Nokia c21 a few weeks ago. Then I got a phone a call from three last week saying I can get a second phone. I thought this was going on my current bill but I was wrong (should have clarified) . Now I have a €100 bill.
When I got onto customer service messaging, they said I needed to return the phone. Now I assumed it was the Samsung but nope it was the Nokia because I was given a second number that is now linked To the nokia and my original number to Samsung.
I asked (I haven't taken the Samsung out of the box) to return the Samsung,to go back to my normal bill. But the kept saying I needed to return my Nokia but take the new number. Don't understand this, they can change the number but to change it back is apparently impossible. I swear I was getting frustrated because this conversation went in circles.
I have sent the Samsung back to return department in Dublin, and am annoyed that I have to just accept this .
I have worked in customer service for years and I felt like the person was just repeating a script . Couldn't answer for themselves.
Now I hated getting annoyed but the frustration at having the same spiel said , same question asked , it just really annoyed me. I just felt like I wasn't being listened to.
Sorry for the ramble. But I'm still annoyed. Why can't I keep my original number?
