Hi I got an iPhone 12 out on bill pay with a monthly plan of €60 a month for 24 months and the phone was free of charge, I have it 17/18 months and from the very first bill I am paying the €69 and between €12-24/€14 VAT ontop every month, it’s not a business phone, does anyone know if I can claim any of this back and also why am I’m paying this every month ontop of the €60, also it was not stated at all when I was deciding to get the phone And package as i read into it and the phone was free of charge as i selected the dearest monthly plan, this vat is alot of money after every month for 24 months ontop of €60, id greatly appreciate it if someone could help me please,

VAT is a government tax added to the sale of goods and services. You need to be registered for VAT to claim back VAT. If you need more information, Revenue.ie would be your best bet.
