Thinking of switching to another network. Have been with three and before this o2 from first phone.

The incentives seem to be for new customers switching to 3. What are the chances of getting the €100 of that all new customers get?

don’t want to change networks as quite happy, but it seems there’s no need for customer retention anymore?

it’s also not a flash sale if it’s there almost every week 🙃

Messaging team could offer €30 of phone. I don’t understand the reasoning behind new customers paying €179 for same phone and same plan. I was even willing to pay upfront for upgrade. 

Unfortunately I do t think it’s worth my while asking again. From other threads it seems the best thing to do is switch.
