Hi there,
I'm trying to move from 3Prepray to Billpay, while upgrading to a new phone too.
However it now keeps telling me "We can't complete this action for ***** 083*******. Please contact one of our online experts for support.".
Any help in resolving this issue would be very much appreciated.

Hi there @EmilyFitz 👋 Welcome to the 3Community 😊 I'd love to help you get your new phone. That error you are seeing is likely is due to you having an active order already in progress. Please log in to your My3 and scroll down to My Orders, click on Order History, if you have an active order you will see it there. You can then delete it if this is not what you are wanting or continue with it if this is what you're looking for. I hope I've answered your question if not let me know 👍
