Where I try to ring a 1-800 number, the call won’t go through. I’ve tried it from my partner’s phone, also with 3, same problem. I’ve tried it from a friend’s phone who has another carrier, call went straight through, so I know the number itself isn’t the problem. I have billpay unlimited.
Hi @Add_25392 welcome to 3Community. I'd love to help you with this. To get the ball rolling I have a couple of questions, is it one specific 1800 number or all that are not connecting and do you remember when you first noticed having this difficulty?
It’s been happening since October at least, but I think it may have been ever since I’ve been on bill pay. I think it’s every toll free number.

Also let me know the make and model of your phone and the full 1800 number you are trying to call and when last you tried to call it. I might need to reach out to our technical team and the more details I have the better.
