Hi,
I am out of contract and due with an upgrade,
I have been talking to few of the customer agents online and on the phone .
I have been with the same network for a very long time i just don't feel i am getting much of a deal on what I have been offered.
Who would be the best person to talk to about this in order to come to an solution which would work for both of us.
