hi i was able to access voicemail remotely when roaming, now * followed by my pin no longer interrupts the voicemail message to let me access my messages, I've tried # as well. please help
@Three_Niall - to wrap up, it only works with the full custom greeting. Even if you go with the option to append your name at the end of the standard message it won't work - you must have a full custom message.
