topped up twice

Hi,
I topped up twice as there was a problem  when I first topped up and it was not working, how do I go about rectifying this? I don't understand how you can simply charge customers twice despite there being no benefit or refund, not a very nice business practice...

Hi @fu3 I'd be happy to help you with this but I'll need a little more info. Have both top ups complete and what difficulties did you run into when you were topping up? Was there an error on screen?
