Want to change your Price Plan?
It’s easy – just log in to your My3 account by clicking here. From your dashboard, select ‘Change Plan’ to see all the options available.
You can also change your plan through the My3 App. Open the My3 app, tap the menu icon on the right, and choose ‘Change Plan’ from there.
On Prepay and thinking about switching to Bill Pay?
Just head to the ‘Looking for an Upgrade’ section on your My3 dashboard and click ‘Bill Pay’ to get started.
Looking to add or change an Add-On/Booster?
You can update your add-ons or boosters in My3 once each billing month – quick and simple!
To change an add-on/booster on My3:
- From the main dashboard, go to 'Add-ons for you' section, and click Explore Add Ons.
- Select the add-on/booster you'd like to have.
- When you're done, click Apply.
You can also add and change your add-ons on the My3 app. From the main dashboard, tap the 'Add Ons' tab, or go to 'Manage Services'.
