Changing Your Billing Method

 

You can get your bill by post or online (online billing/e-billing).

You can view your bill details online at any time by logging in to your My3 by clicking here, regardless of your billing method. 

 

Change Bill Method

To change the way you receive your bill:

  • Log in to My3 by clicking here.
  • Navigate to 'My Details and Preferences'
  • Select 'Bill Delivery Method'

 

Change Billing Date

To change your billing date, you will need to contact us by clicking here.

 

Paper Billing Charge

From November 1st, changing from online billing to paper billing will result in a monthly charge of €3.49 being added to your monthly bill. If, for an accessibility requirement, you would prefer to receive a paper bill, then please contact Three Customer Care by calling 1913, or click here to chat with our Messaging Team.
