Three Ireland made the move to online billing in 2024. This means that your bill is accessible through your My3 account or the My3app.
Where to find your bill:
- Open your My3 app
- Click ‘Bills’ - at the bottom of your screen
- It will open on your 'Latest bill, but you'll also have the options to view your pa

Change Bill Method
If you'd prefer to receive your bill by post
- Log in to My3 by clicking here.
- Navigate to 'My Details and Preferences'
- Select 'Bill Delivery Method'
*You can view your bill details online at any time by logging in to your My3 by clicking here, regardless of your billing method.
Paper Billing Charge
From November 1st, changing from online billing to paper billing will result in a monthly charge of €3.49 being added to your monthly bill.
