On the July 30th 2025, Three has introduced changes to our pricing. We’re moving away from CPI+ (Consumer Price Index increases) for our consumer base and replacing it with a Fixed Annual Price Adjustment. This will make our pricing more predictable.
What is changing?
New customers signing up with Three after the 30th of July 2025 will see a fixed annual price adjustment applied to their monthly recurring charge starting in April 2026 as agreed in their contract. Previously, with CPI and APA, the annual price increase was adjustable and unpredictable.
So, for any Bill Pay customers who join Three after the 30th of July 2025, they will receive a Fixed Annual Price Adjustment starting in April 2026. For Broadband customers & our Bill Pay customers, this will be an increase of €3.00, and our SIMO customers will receive a €2.50 annual increase.
